2. Services

Triple M Records ME offers the following services:

• Artist Memberships — Silver (AED 39,000/year), Gold (AED 69,000/year), and Platinum (AED 99,000/year) annual membership tiers providing access to beat catalogs, licensing rights, A&R support, and label partnership benefits as described on the /memberships page.
• Licensing Services — Sync, Broadcast, and Commercial music licensing packages as described on the /licensing page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to purchase our services. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Payments and Billing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.

• Membership fees are billed annually at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Membership Terms

Upon successful payment:

• Your membership is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and for your personal or business use only.
• Licensing rights granted under your membership tier are subject to the specific terms communicated at onboarding.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership for breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, audio samples, and software — is the property of Triple M Records ME or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the beats and materials specified in your tier. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works beyond the scope of your membership tier without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose.
• Share, resell, or redistribute membership credentials or licensed content beyond the permitted scope.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from membership, including streaming numbers, chart performance, or commercial success.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Triple M Records ME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
